Yes! You can print and display QR codes for each table and encourage users to place orders. Once your customer places an order, the order will reach directly to your kitchen station after verification by the restaurant admin or waiter. Hence it would be best if you had waiters only for serving customers as the ordering process becomes digital.

Yes. With Gleeca, you can automate your dining process by introducing QR code-based digital menu where users can place orders from their table without a waiter. After payment is successful, the ordered food items will be directly sent to the kitchen once the admin or waiter approves the order by verifying the customer’s presence. Hence improving social distancing with minimal contact.

There are some chances that could led to payment failure either from their bank side or from the payment gateway side. In either case, their funds will be refunded within 7 business days. For any assistance, you can always reach us by using Gleeca Concierge Support. In case of online payment failure, users shall try again or pay using cash or cash which shall be recorded by the admin and order shall be marked as completed.
