Refund and Cancellation Policy

We follow a unbiased refund policy to let our customers feel privileged about their association with us. Please read the guidelines governing the refund policy.

 For Restaurants:

  1. You shall cancel your paid or free subscription with Gleeca at any time. Upon cancellation, your data is deleted from our servers. Since deletion of all data is final please be sure that you do in fact want to cancel your account before doing so.
  2. Your subscription gets renewed automatically at the end of each month or year based on your subscription cycle. For legacy users (First 500 Restaurant Owners, the subscription will be renewed every year and the cost of subscription will be zero.
  3. You can upgrade or downgrade subscription levels or addons at any time of your usage, however Gleeca does not refund any fees in that case
  4. If you stop using our services in between the term, we will not refund you the fees paid by you for the remaining term. Note: No refunds are offered, even if a plan is cancelled mid-month.
  5. We reserve the right to modify or terminate the Gleeca Services for any reason, without notice at any time.
  6. Fraud or Abuse: Without limiting any other remedies, Gleeca may suspend or terminate your account if we suspect that you (by conviction, settlement, insurance or investigation, or otherwise, forcefully removed our branding) have engaged in fraudulent activity in connection with the services offered by us.
  7. 30 days full trial: All paid subscribers of Gleeca will have 30 days free trial to experience gleeca. Hence Gleeca does not offer any refunds once the paid subscription begin. You shall cancel Gleeca subscription to avoid paying the subscription fees
  8. Support Add-on: Gleeca offers support as a paid service to assist restaurants in updating their menu and customising the settings based on their preferences. This paid support is offered remotely. Gleeca will ensure top most care in delivering the support but does not guarantee any customisations which are not available in the platform. Refund is only made if Gleeca is not able to arrange a support resource on time and rescheduling is not required/not possible.
  9. Upon cancellation of subscription, customers will receive an email from Gleeca confirming that their subscription to the SaaS service has been cancelled.
  10. All fees are exclusive of all taxes, levies, or duties imposed by taxing authorities, and the customer is responsible for payments of all such taxes, levies, or duties
  11. The fees that Gleeca charges for the monthly, quarterly, or yearly services exclude phone, and Internet access charges, as well as other data transmission charges. Any currency exchange settlements are based on the customer’s agreement with the payment method provider. To be clear: these charges are the customer’s responsibility
  12. If an order which is paid by the customer online and cancelled by restaurant, then Gleeca will issue full refund to customer of restaurant. However cancellation fee of 5% of the transaction value by GST will be imposed on the restaurant during the settlement

 

Customers of Restaurants:

Gleeca is not a marketplace platform for customers using the restaurant. Gleeca offers license to use its software for the restaurants. Hence refund and return policies vary from restaurants to restaurants and Gleeca does not have any authority to govern. However, Gleeca offers Refund and cancellation policy for customers of restaurants who used online payment method

  1. If payment is made online and the restaurant cancelled the order, the customer is entitled to get a full refund
  2. Once the order is accepted by the restaurant, then customers will not able to cancel the order or request for a refund
  3. Once the order is accepted by the restaurant, then the restaurant admin cancels the order at later stage, the customer is entitled to get full refund
  4. Even though Gleeca offer tools to track offline payments via card/cash/UPI, Gleeca is not responsible for processing any refunds for transaction that happened offline out of Gleeca Online Payment Infrastructure
