Using Gleeca is the simplest way to create a restaurant menu that will wow your customers. It’s easy to use, can be configured in a minute and requires no programming skills.
Easy Menu Timing Classification
Its starts with when you will be ready to serve the dishes. Have a multiple-time classification and map your items to it as per your plan. In Gleeca, we have menu timings as Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner by default. If you want more time slots, create additional menu classification. You can repeat a food item to appear on multiple slots based on your needs.
Create a list of your most popular dishes.
Start by creating a list of your most successful dishes. Then, add new items to the list as you develop more ideas. You can also add items to the list based on what you see other restaurants doing. In Gleeca, you get tags for food items like Popular, Recommended and New. This feature allows your customers to filter and sort your menu items and explore your menu easily.
Organise your menu with categories
When your customer wants to order a starter, they should be able to see the list of starters you have by clicking the menu category. This will improve the overall user experience.
Include prices that grab attention.
This will help your customers understand how much money they spend when ordering. Also, it allows users to sort food items based on their price. If your food item costs INR 100 and if you are offering some discounts on it, then enter both regular and discounted costs. This will create awareness among your customers to try the items currently on discount.
The item with a discount will look like this to your customers.
Add pictures and descriptions of each item.
You should also add pictures and descriptions of each food item. If you do this, you’ll be able to ensure that your customers understand what’s being served. Make sure your menu descriptions are clear and concise. If possible, use bullet points to break the text into smaller chunks.
Adding images to your restaurant menu description will help make it more appealing to potential customers. Once you’ve added images and written out the descriptions for each item, map the item with time slots. This will help you plan when to serve each dish.
Include Keywords.
Make sure you include keywords in your menu descriptions so that people searching for restaurants with similar menus on search engines can find yours.
